Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Casino Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Casino Manager will oversee the daily operations of the casino, ensuring a smooth, secure, and customer-friendly environment. Key responsibilities include managing staff, implementing gaming policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing customer service experiences, and driving operational efficiency. The role also encompasses staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team that aligns with the casino’s goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Supervisory Skills and team management to oversee staff operations effectively. Strong Customer Service capabilities to ensure exceptional guest experiences and address client needs. Knowledge of Gaming operations and casino-specific regulations to maintain compliance and operational standards. Experience with Training and development programs to foster an engaged and skilled workforce. Proficiency in Hiring and talent acquisition to build a high-caliber team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and engage positively with guests. Relevant certifications in gaming management or hospitality are a plus.
