We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and lead us to new heights.
Job Summary:As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our export operations, ensuring the efficient and profitable export of fruits and vegetables to international markets. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing export strategies, managing a team, and nurturing relationships with international clients and partners. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, developing strategic sales plans, and executing effective sales strategies to ensure our company's continued success in the European market.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive export strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.- Lead and manage a team of export professionals, providing guidance and support.- Identify and evaluate potential international markets, customers, and partners.- Negotiate and finalize export agreements and contracts with overseas clients.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to maintain product quality and meet customer specifications.- Manage the logistics, shipping, and documentation processes for export shipments.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and government authorities.- Monitor financial performance and budgets related to export operations.- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Minimum 10years experience in a similar role- Proven experience in a senior export management role within the agriculture or food industry.- Strong knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, and export documentation.- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
