Educational Advisor
Responsibilities:Provide consultation and support to students following SOPs. Build strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans. Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversions. Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvement strategies. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Drive renewals, referrals, and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree.1+ year of experience in sales or telesales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and customer service. English proficiency (B2+). Target-driven, motivated, and approachable personality.

Work Schedule & Location:Location:Maadi, Cairo (on-site position) Schedule:Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes a 1 hour and 15 min break) Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PMFriday: Day off
