Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams to define product requirements, manage priorities, and support the successful delivery of AI-driven software testing solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about technology, AI products, Agile methodologies, and product management. Key Responsibilities Assist in defining and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, prioritized, and aligned with business goals Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements Support roadmap planning and help translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to support product decisions Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Track product KPIs and prepare reports on feature performance, adoption, and business impact Contribute to product documentation, release notes, and training materials Help triage bugs and prioritize defects alongside new feature development Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with data to support product decisions Familiarity with software development lifecycle and QA/testing concepts is a plus Proficiency with productivity and AI tools Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced technology environment Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic project experience related to product management, business analysis, or software development Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms Interest in AI products and software testing technologies What We Offer Mentorship and professional development opportunities Dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work on innovative AI-powered products Career growth opportunities within the company
