Job Description
URGENT HIRING: Operations Engineer (Onsite) – DPI & Network Systems
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite Only)
Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)
Experience: 6+ Years in DPI & Network Operations
Notice Period: Max 30 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & optimize DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) & network systems – monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting.
- Ensure platform stability, traffic shaping, anomaly detection, and policy enforcement.
- Update DPI signatures, generate traffic reports, and handle bandwidth throttling/QoS policies
- Support network expansions, upgrades, maintenance, and team training.
- Provide 5x8 onsite support + on-call availability for critical outages.

Job Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- 6+ years in network operations with hands-on DPI expertise
- Strong knowledge of DPI physical devices (preferably Huawei & Nokia).
- Expertise in traffic analysis, packet brokering, URL filtering, and policy management.
- Preferred Qualifications:- Vendor-specific DPI knowledge (Huawei, Nokia, etc.).
