Job Description 

• Supervise front-of-house operations during daytime including waiters, runners, and FOH stewards.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per company and government guidelines
• Ensure smooth customer service and handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service 

Skills

Qualifications:

• Female, aged 35 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry
• Proven experience as a pre-opening supervisor in a casual or fine dining restaurant
• Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
