Job Description
1. *Design and Development:*
- Design HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Develop and implement system layouts, piping, and ductwork designs.
- Select and specify HVAC equipment, such as chillers, boilers, fans, and air handlers.
2. *Calculations and Analysis:*
- Perform load calculations to determine heating and cooling requirements.
- Conduct system analysis and simulations to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement.
3. *Collaboration and Communication:*
- Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Communicate design intent and requirements to stakeholders.
- Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
4. *Documentation and Compliance:*
- Prepare and review design documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
5. *Project Management:*
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

- Proven experience using CAD software.
