Contract Type: 6-month contract (with potential extension)

Status: Single status only

Medical Insurance & Visa: Provided (single status)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide contractual and commercial advice across physical oil trading agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including spot and term deals, offtake agreements, tenders, and storage arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk frameworks, and trading standards.
• Support resolution of contract disputes and liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Insurance).
• Contribute to process improvement, knowledge capture, and documentation updates.

Skills

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in trading, shipping, or oil & gas contracts, ideally within a commodities or marine logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk, deal structures, and contract law.
• Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and high-pressure decision-making.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Based in the UAE or with immediate availability to relocate.
