Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Coordinating with warehouse department to guarantee safe inventory, storage, and transportation are meeting final deadlines.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Dealing with all the process of Nafeza 
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to finalize shipments on time.
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers if needed.
• Answering customer queries if needed.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Perform any task assigned by direct manager.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
• 2+ years of experience in same position preferably in Constructions or Services.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• Very good negotiation skills.
• High follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
