We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and experienced HSE Manager for a leading organization in Saudi Arabia, specializing in ICT and ELV construction projects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the company’s operations, while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations (local and international).
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, policies, and procedures across project sites.
• Lead safety training sessions and awareness campaigns to promote safe working practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess risk and ensure compliance.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.
• Coordinate with internal departments and contractors to ensure integrated HSE compliance.

Skills

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the ICT and ELV construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and international HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide others.
• Ability to design and execute effective safety programs and initiatives.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
