Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Development: Own and manage the product roadmap from ideation through to execution, optimizing and iterating based on user feedback and market demands.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that we adhere to all regulatory requirements and work closely with the compliance team to stay ahead of market regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement iterative changes.
• Partnership Management: Lead and manage relationships with external partners, including banks and payment processors.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in product management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, AB testing, and UX design.
• Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product optimization and performance analysis.
