Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote aviation training programs to prospective students and industry partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation education sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, open days, and industry exhibitions to increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the training and instructional teams to align marketing messages with program offerings.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • 1-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the education or aviation sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and client visits as required.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
