Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our team at Trispec Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing ERP systems, with a particular focus on open-source platforms like Odoo and others (e.g., Halle).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions, with a primary focus on ERP systems like Odoo.
• Customize and configure ERP modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate ERP systems with other applications and third-party services.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical challenges.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Skills

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a specialization in ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo development, including Python, Odoo APIs, and module development.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., Halle) and their implementation is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with database management systems, such as PostgreSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, XML, ).

Knowledge of business processes in various domains (e.g., accounting, manufacturing, sales, Construction).
