Job summary

We are seeking an innovative R&D Manager with extensive experience in construction chemicals or specialty chemicals manufacturing to lead our Research & Development team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of hands-on experience in chemical product development, preferably from a reputable construction chemical company.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry (preferred). Bachelors degree with exceptional experience may be considered.
• Experience: 10-15 years in chemical manufacturing R&D, with a focus on construction chemicals.
• Must Have: Proven track record in R&D leadership from a reputable construction chemical company.
• Deep knowledge of polymer chemistry, cement chemistry, or material science.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D team in formulating, testing, and optimizing construction chemical products (e.g., adhesives, sealants, coatings, concrete additives).
• Drive innovation by developing new products and improving existing formulations to meet market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, sales) to ensure seamless product commercialization.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and technological advancements.
