We are in search of a Design Manager - Landscape & Public Realm to join our talented team. This role will involve leading the design and enhancement of landscape and public realm projects that create extraordinary outdoor experiences for our visitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process for landscape and public realm projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and various stakeholders to develop integrated and functional landscape designs.
• Create and present innovative design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, prioritizing both aesthetics and practicality.
• Evaluate and approve design submissions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, making necessary adjustments to achieve design goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in landscape design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating completed public realm projects.
• Proficiency in landscape design software and tools, as well as graphic presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles.
