Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process for multiple projects across entertainment and leisure sectors, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic vision.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to develop comprehensive and cohesive design solutions.
• Prepare and present design concepts, strategies, and proposals to stakeholders, securing necessary approvals while maintaining project alignment.
• Evaluate and critique design submissions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and aesthetic qualities.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions, encouraging creativity and collaboration among team members.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure design delivery meets established goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design offerings.
• Mentor and guide junior design staff, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in design management, preferably within the real estate or entertainment industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed projects with impactful design elements.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept through completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in design and architectural software.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sustainable design practices is highly desirable.
