Job summary

Lead and manage the MEP design process from concept to construction stages, review and validate design documents submitted by consultants and contractors, ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations, coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural elements, liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, manage design deliverables schedule, conduct value engineering and ensure cost-effective design solutions, provide technical input during tendering and construction phases, support site team during implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Masters Degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP design and coordination.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in a design management or leadership role.
