Job Description

• Understand and participate in updating the architectural design standards and guidelines
• Architectural design review to ensure compliance with the design brief, optimum design is achieved and the design integrity is maintained
• Review the submitted architectural designs to ensure integrity with adjacent developments
• Follow-up the architectural design progress and ensure the sign-off, in order to freeze the design and proceed to next stage of design
• Participate in in-house design efforts
• CAD Coordination
• Attend design progress meetings and any other necessary meetings/workshops
• Periodical site visits to ensure design integrity 
• Developing architecture in line with client's needs.
• Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
• Compile project specifications.
• Providing the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit-out design requirements by the use of the architectural application.
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running a project from initial concept to completion.
• Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits, and inspections, and prepares related reports.
• Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, models, and mood boards.

Job Requirements

• Education: Architecture engineering bachelor’s degree.
• Related function experience: 4-6 years’ experience as technical office
• Real estate, construction or engineering consultancy experience is a must
