Job Description: Arabic QA Tester – Wealth Management & Trading

Position Title: Arabic QA Tester

Experience Required: 5–7 years

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Arabic-speaking QA Tester with strong experience in wealth management, trading platforms, and automation testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital wealth solutions, including international self-trading platforms and brokerage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for wealth management and trading applications.
• Validate Arabic and English language interfaces for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and functional testing for digital onboarding, trading workflows, and customer lifecycle journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure test coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Document defects and track resolution through tools like JIRA or other tools.

Preferred Attributes

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience with multi-asset class platforms and broker-neutral systems.
• Exposure to UAE Pass integration, KYC workflows, and digital onboarding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Experience in using automation tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks is an added advantage.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of QA experience in financial services, preferably in capital markets, investment banking, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, order management systems, and digital wealth ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and scripting (Optional)
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and sound knowledge of all testing lifecycle and process.
• Experience in channel testing such as mobile banking, internet banking, SMS/Emails etc.
