We are targeting fresh graduates to train them to fill several head office vacancies in Procurement, Finance, HR, IT and Communication, and offering 6 months to one year paid contracts. Graduates will gain an understanding of Lafarge’s business and operations, build functional and managerial skills, develop leadership competencies and have the opportunity to the designation of a permanent job offer in the event of a vacancy after the end of the training period.
