Demand and Supply Planning Lead to manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient flow of products within our Tissue Paper, Hygiene, and Cleaning Solutions business.
Strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, supply planning processes, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
It involves driving the demand and supply planning strategy, leading the S&OP process, collaborating with multiple departments, and ensuring that products are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the optimal cost

- Lead and manage the S&OP process, aligning demand and supply plans to ensure business objectives are met.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to create a robust and accurate S&OP plan.
- Conduct monthly S&OP meetings, presenting forecasts, supply plans, and key recommendations to Supply Chain Director.
- Develop and implement demand forecasting models based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights to ensure accurate demand projections.
- Monitor demand patterns and make adjustments to forecasts in alignment with sales, marketing and warehouse teams.
