Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the R&D team in developing new products and innovations.
• Develop R&D strategies that align with the company's goals and market needs.
• Manage research and development projects, including determining budgets, timelines, and necessary resources.
• Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, production, and sales, to launch new products.
• Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities for their application within the company.
• Responsible for the overall development of the washing machine product development project, including technical proposal review, technical standards development, evaluation and testing, incident handling, and ensuring the project's timely launch.
• Coordinate internal resources and foster high-level collaboration across departments to ensure high-quality project completion.
• Continuously optimize product quality and cost, and provide marketing and after-sales technical support.
• Coordinate with local Egyptian government laboratories to complete local energy efficiency certification and other related testing and certification.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to increase the localization rate of the entire machine and enhance product competitiveness.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background is mandatory.
• 5+ years of product development experience (washing machine product development experience preferred), with demonstrated product development management and execution capabilities.
• Strong execution, communication, coordination, leadership, and overall planning skills, as well as good learning and stress tolerance.
