Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery, issue resolution, and account management.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, driving revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and manage service contracts, renewals, and customer agreements.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and service metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and industry regulations.
