Restaurant Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Mecca. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and control costs to meet targets.
• E nsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Indian languages is a plus.
