Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Giza. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design, managing projects, and ensuring successful integration and software development. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural blueprints, coordinating with various teams, and leading project management activities to meet client requirements and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in architectural design and preliminary studies.
• Excellent knowledge of local regulations and Saudi Building Code.
• Proficiency in the following software:
• AutoCAD
• Revit (BIM)
• SketchUp or Rhino
• Lumion or Enscape (preferred)
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (writing and speaking).

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and analyzing client requests and understanding their requirements.
• Preparing preliminary project descriptions and space programs.
• Calculating Built-Up Area (BUA/GFA) and reviewing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Preparing initial sketches and conceptual layouts.
• Developing innovative design solutions suited to the nature of each project.
• Coordinating with internal teams (planning, structural, mechanical).
• Contributing to the preparation of technical presentations for clients.
