You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats: architect, developer, and integrator. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape our clients’ digital capabilities.

• Design and develop digital solutions (applications, dashboards, APIs, automations).
• Integrate existing client systems (ERP, CRM, cloud tools, RPA, AI platforms).
• Build scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Work with process analysts and business leads to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability in everything you build.
• Document technical designs, maintain repositories, and establish coding best practices.
• Stay ahead of emerging digital technologies and propose innovative applications.

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or digital product development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in Full-stack web development (Node.js, React, Angular, .NET, etc.)
• Proficiency in one or more of the following:

- API development & integration

- Workflow automation / RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, etc.)

- Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, containerization).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
• Good communication skills – able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with AI/ML tools (OpenAI, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks.
