Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in researching suppliers, products, and market trends to support purchasing decisions.

  • Collect and analyze data on market pricing, supplier offerings, and availability.

  • Assist in evaluating cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery timelines to identify optimal purchasing options.

  • Help assess vendor performance based on pricing, reliability, and compliance with requirements.

  • Assist the purchasing team in preparing purchase requests, purchase orders, and basic documentation.

  • Monitor changes in market prices, product availability, or supply risks and report findings to the purchasing team.

  • Work with other departments (e.g., finance, warehouse, or operations) to ensure alignment between purchasing needs and business priorities.

  • Gain exposure to procurement policies, negotiation techniques, and supplier relationship management under team supervision.

Qualifications:


Students of Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
