Job summary

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing all showroom operations, ensuring a professional product presentation, excellent customer service, and smooth coordination with suppliers, maintenance, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom or retail management.
• Strong background in customer service and showroom operations.
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Welcome and guide customers, providing professional product demonstrations and advice.
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product display.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, contracts, quotations, and service requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Prepare and submit sales and activity reports to management.
• Support in organizing promotions, marketing activities, and showroom events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and represent Baselat's brand professionally.

Skills
