Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Manage Project Controls Standards: Lead the development of project controls standards, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee Planning and Scheduling: Ensure alignment with strategic objectives by overseeing planning, scheduling, costing, and risk management aspects of projects.
- Analyze Project Performance: Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to track progress and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Identify Trends and Risks: Analyze project performance data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Foster communication and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10 years' experience including 3 years' experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control principles.
- Proficient in project management software, including but not limited to Primavera P6 and other project controls tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controls.
