Job Purpose:

To supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the resale team, ensuring achievement of resale targets and implementation of company strategies. The role bridges between Sales Executives and Management and ensures performance consistency and discipline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely follow-up with clients.
• Handle escalated client issues.
• Meet & exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
• Provide orientation sessions and workshops
• Generate new leads to meet resale and primary sales targets.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports with the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Computer skills (Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, email communication tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
