Job purpose:

The intern will provide administrative and operational support to IT Vendor Management function by assisting in monitoring and reporting vendor performance, maintaining accurate vendor records and documentation and coordinating with internal stakeholders on vendor-related matters

This internship offers hands-on exposure to IT vendor management and procurement processes in a leading fintech company.

Key Responsibilities:

Support vendor performance tracking & reporting

Assist in procurement documentation & archiving

Coordinate with internal teams for vendor-related requests

Maintain vendor data and records

Conduct basic market research

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates or final-year students in (Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management

Excellent communication skills

Strong in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
