Job description:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Intern to join our dynamic HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) team at Lipton Teas & Infusions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field sales, market analysis, and lead generation within the foodservice channel.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Scanning: Conduct on-ground visits to cafés and restaurants to gather market intelligence and identify potential leads.

Lead Generation: Build a strong customer pipeline by identifying and profiling new outlets in target locations.

Database Creation: Maintain and update a lead tracking sheet with key information such as outlet name, location, contact details, and size.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads for conversion and follow-up.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing scanned areas, number of leads generated, and potential opportunities.
Qualifications:

Education:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong interest in sales, market research, and the hospitality/FMCG sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with fieldwork and talking to new people (restaurants, cafés, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or internships in FMCG or foodservice

Valid driver's license or familiarity with navigating different neighborhoods (if applicable)
