Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members, setting goals and performance targets, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring the team meets company standards and objectives. The Team Leader will also manage team workflows, facilitate communication and collaboration within the team, and resolve conflicts promptly. Additionally, the Team Leader will play a key role in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

• Experience in remote team management
