Role Overview

We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Intern to join our team for a 1-month project-based internship. This role is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn about operations, vendor management, and the F&B tech ecosystem. You will work closely with the Restaurant Operations team to support day-to-day activities, help streamline processes, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new restaurant partners, ensuring all required information is collected and accurately uploaded.
• Assist in monitoring restaurant performance metrics such as order accuracy, preparation time, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in data collection and reporting for operational improvements.
• Help resolve operational issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams (account management, logistics, and support).
• Conduct research and suggest process optimizations to improve restaurant partner experience.
• Contribute to a short-term project assigned by the Rest Ops team (e.g., building a performance dashboard, vendor feedback analysis, or process documentation).
