Job Description

• Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within the assigned timeframe.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining a visually appealing sales floor.

• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
