WANTED: The World's Most Aggressive Outbound Cold Caller

We help residential real estate investors save thousands on property management fees and simplify real estate investing. Your job: cold call and book qualified leads with property owners for our founder, and make sure they show up to the meeting.

This is a remote position, and is open to anyone in the world willing to work US-based hours.

What you’ll do:

• High-volume outbound cold calling to property owners (we provide lists, scripts, and CRM)
• Qualify prospects fast and book them within 72 hours
• Follow our reminder cadence (calls/texts/emails) to maximize show rates
• Update CRM notes accurately and BAMFAM every interaction (book-a-meeting-from-a-meeting)

Requirements:

• 1+ year cold-calling/appointment-setting experience
• Comfortable making 100–200+ dials/day with a great attitude
• Clear English, professional phone presence, and coachable
• Quiet workspace, fast computer, and reliable fast internet

Compensation & schedule:

• We pay a premium for this role.
• Salary of $50k to $100k USD/yr, depending on experience
• 6 days per week (Sundays off); 8 to 10-hour days. We're looking for sharks here.
• If we win, you win. We are happy to pay big bonuses to our employees who deliver.
• Advancement to sales positions based on show rate and throughput

KPIs (how you win here):

• Dials/day, connects, qualified sets, show rate, and next-available scheduling
• Show rate of qualified leads is king; we track and reward it
