Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment
  • Previous experience in managing inbound operation queues
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to train, motivate, and guide team members
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
  • Solid knowledge of SLA, ACR, AHT, and MS Office tools
  • Willingness to work in shift schedules
