We are looking for an experienced Call Center Team Leader to join our dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment
- Previous experience in managing inbound operation queues
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and guide team members
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written)
- Solid knowledge of SLA, ACR, AHT, and MS Office tools
- Willingness to work in shift schedules
