Roles & Responsibilities
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Ability to work with Minimal architecture and interior design style.
- Define project requirements and schedules
- Interpret and translate customer needs into the design.
- Ability to create good quality 3Ds.
- Ability to create construction packages in high quality and high speed.
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
- Produce sample and mood products
- Supervise work progress On site.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design roles.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects within deadlines and budgets.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of completed architectural and interior design projects.
