Job Vacancy: Business Development Manager(Construction Chemicals)
Job Type: Full-time, Home Base
Compensation Pay: Base Pay+Performance Bonus+Incentives
Job Description:
1 Customer Development
Seek out customer product and program opportunities of construction chemicals like sodium gluconate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, HPEG, TPEG,etc including potential customers list;
Expand new customers, visit customers regularly, establish relationships, conduct business negotiations, support the achievement of sales targets.
2 Market Research
Responsible for local market research, investigating industry, market trends, channels, competitors, and other relevant information.
3 Evaluate New Market and Product, and viable strategies for new product and opportunities.
4 Other Services
Support sales personnel in local market activities, such as customer visits, exhibitions, and overseas assignments of headquarters personnel;
Responsible for follow-up on payments.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the Construction Chemicals industry (required).
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated, reliable individual with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
