Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Travel Advisor located in New Cairo. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for creating and managing travel arrangements for clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services, handling inquiries, and resolving issues. The Travel Advisor will also liaise with travel agencies and suppliers to secure the best deals for clients.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements
• Familiarity with Travel Agency operations
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
