Position: Factory Manager – Hi-Tech Manufacturing

Branch: El Qantara Gharb, Al Isma'iliyah, Egypt | Occasional travel to branches/partner sites

We’re looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations, boost productivity, and ensure top-quality standards in our high-tech textile/garment plant in Egypt

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Plan: Define factory strategies (roadmaps, KPIs) and oversee daily production operations.
• Drive Efficiency: Develop schedules, optimize processes, and implement Lean principles for maximum output.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain robust QC processes, solve non-conformance issues, and promote continuous improvement.
• Stay Compliant: Lead safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare for audits.
• Manage Resources: Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and preventive schedules to avoid downtime.
• Inspire Teams: Mentor high-performing staff, set goals, and foster cross-department collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Garment Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role within textile/garment manufacturing.
• Proven experience in setting up or scaling production operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Arabic
