Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical engineering activities to ensure project objectives are met within schedule and budget.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to guide installation and construction processes.
• Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the quality and progress of electrical works.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project records.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate the delivery and installation of electrical materials and equipment.
• Identify and address potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
• Support the handover process by participating in final inspections and ensuring all electrical systems are fully operational.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or petroleum 
• 0-2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in site-based roles.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, construction practices, and relevant codes and standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction environments
