Job Description

JD:

• Direct, review, or approve project ‎design changes.‎
• Review/approve all shop drawings, method statements, and As Built drawings prepared by the contractor.
• Present and explain proposals, ‎reports, or findings to clients.
• Playing a part in project and team ‎management.‎
• Ensures compliance with all relevant ‎codes and standards.‎
• Supervises and motivates ‎performance to Mechanical ‎engineering requirements as per contract.
• Follow up on the contractor’s ‎activities and new problems during ‎work and provide immediate ‎solutions to them.‎
• Inspection works and specify the ‎notes to be modified
• Making a daily report for the ‎resident engineer.‎
• Reviewing of occupational safety ‎and health.‎
• Coordination with all departments ‎and all necessary trades.‎
• Ensuring the quality and approval ‎of the supplied materials, ensuring ‎that samples are taken and ‎approved for testing and ‎certification.‎
• Attend and approve all testing and commissioning processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
• Minimum  7+ years of working experience.
• Previous experience in a Consultancy firm is preferable.
