Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Officer – Insurance & Leasing at SKY Holding, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Operations Officer will manage day-to-day operations in the insurance and leasing sector, including overseeing processes, analyzing financial data, and ensuring policy compliance. The role involves coordinating with various teams, preparing reports, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Officer to handle insurance operations for leased vehicles, including policy activation, renewals, compliance, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage insurance policies from activation to renewal, ensuring compliance and timely updates.

Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation.

Maintain records, monitor deadlines, and support legal/financial processes related to insurance contracts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in operations, leasing, or insurance.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Very good English language skills.
