Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Social Media Moderator & Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s online presence, engaging with potential clients through social media platforms, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer focus, and sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
• Generate and follow up on leads through online channels.
• Promote the company’s finishing & interior services to potential clients.
• Arrange meetings and site visits with interested customers.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
• Ensure brand consistency and a professional online image.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience in moderation / customer service / sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of social media tools and online engagement.
