Role Description

This is a role for a Freelance Trainer at S.T.A.C. The Freelance Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating training outcomes. This is an on-site role located in Egypt.

Qualifications

• Training design and development, conducting training sessions, and evaluating training outcomes
• Strong skills in adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum development
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to assess training needs and prepare relevant training materials
• Experience in the field and with training tools and technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in both Arabic and English is highly beneficial
