We are seeking a talented and motivated R&D Chemist specialized in Polymers & Polyurethane to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving rubber, foam, and adhesive systems, as well as testing and evaluating raw materials and finished products to meet performance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate polymer and polyurethane systems (foams, adhesives, rubber tiles, protective coatings, etc.).
• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Research new materials, technologies, and processes to enhance product performance.
• Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations based on laboratory findings.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to implement innovations on production lines.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in developing polymeric or polyurethane systems (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
• Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, EN, ITF, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing and related software tools.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
