Position: English Instructor Supervisor

Location: Online

Job Type: Full-Time

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours : 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Salary : 15K

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of English instructors.
• Monitor and evaluate instructors’ performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching strategies.
• Ensure adherence to educational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Organize and lead regular team meetings to foster collaboration and professional growth.
• Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, student assessments, and reporting.
• Address student concerns and provide solutions to improve the learning experience.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment across all levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• CELTA / TEFL certification and/or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Proven experience as an English instructor, with at least 2 years in a teaching or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of educators.
• Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
