- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to establish the tire trading department and achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities to expand the company’s tire sales operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients to ensure a smooth supply chain and high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability and ensure competitive pricing.

- Train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management, timely delivery, and effective after-sales service.
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports and present regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
