Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to establish the tire trading department and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities to expand the company’s tire sales operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients to ensure a smooth supply chain and high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Train, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management, timely delivery, and effective after-sales service.
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports and present regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any related field
