The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that accelerates operational efficiency.



Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain health & safety standards and ensure proper housekeeping.
  • Monitor performance levels, investigate issues, and implement solutions.
  • Learn new skills and support the training and development of others.
  • Work systematically and adhere to established systems and procedures.
  • Reduce machine and equipment downtime and improve overall efficiency.
  • Identify and implement modifications to enhance machinery and equipment performance.
  • Conduct informal audits (safety, housekeeping, equipment) and report findings.
  • Support team operations by removing obstacles that delay work (e.g., missing tools, waiting for decisions).
  • Collaborate with other departments, trainers, and managers.
  • Take over team leader responsibilities when required.
  • Complete and pass all required training.


Technical Responsibilities

  • Understand the operational workings of all company machinery and equipment.
  • Create or modify systems in utilities as needed.
  • Train, test, and support employees to improve mechanical team performance.
  • Analyze machine breakdowns and recommend improvements.
  • Liaise with engineering, electrical, and electronic teams to enhance equipment efficiency.



Qualifications



  • 7+ years of experience in the textile sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken).
